Interior design with an operational mindset.
I'm Jorge Ali, a decorator and project professional specialised in B2B interior design and hospitality environments. My work focuses on transforming existing spaces through interior design, decoration, furniture, lighting and FF&E selection, without altering the architectural layout of the property. Working directly on hospitality projects such as Aparthotel Fuenlabrada Central has shaped the way I approach design: not only considering how a space looks, but also how it will operate once it opens. I coordinate the process from the initial concept through supplier sourcing, procurement, installation and final setup, ensuring that every decision remains aligned with the project's budget, positioning, durability and day-to-day operational needs. CELTADeco is therefore positioned between design and execution: creating functional, coherent interiors and helping owners and operators turn an existing asset into a space that is ready to operate. Based between Barcelona and Madrid, working primarily on hospitality, serviced apartments, coliving and real-estate projects.
